Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a consistent sales strategy to retain and grow existing client relationships, focusing on credit quality and growth.
- Conduct annual reviews, including site visits, financial document collection, and collaboration with the Credit Risk department.
- Enhance the effectiveness and productivity of bankers within the assigned market through partnership development and leadership engagement.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support for complex credit inquiries within the assigned market.
- Achieve sales production and business scorecard metrics.
- Qualify potential customers and recommend financial solutions and products.
- Develop credit structures and full credit packages for clients with total credit exposure exceeding $1MM.
- Analyze market trends and size using analytical skills and data analysis tools.
- Maintain industry and competitive landscape knowledge, providing timely insights and advice for business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
- 6-10 years of banking experience, preferably 5+ years in Business Banking.
- Business and/or Commercial Credit training preferred.
- Exceptional consulting skills, analytical abilities, and ability to assimilate complex financial information.
- This position requires registration as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
