Job Overview

HOM Furniture, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning and executing flooring projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, property managers, and purchasing agents to provide them with information on our products and services.
  • Attend industry events and networking meetings to pursue new business opportunities and grow our Commercial Flooring department.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by demonstrating strong selling skills and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support company standards by meeting agreed-upon goals, objections, and selling skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints.
  • Proficient computer skills.
