About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Integrated Supply Chain team in Trenton, Ohio. As a key member of our production line team, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, implementing preventative maintenance tasks, and performing troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities as needed.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Brewery Workers, Mechanics, and Electricians to ensure the maximum efficiency of the operation while maintaining compliance with established safety, quality, material usage, sanitation, budget, and scheduling guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively and efficiently operate all production equipment throughout each work shift.
  • Implement preventative maintenance tasks and perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities as needed.
  • Ensure the maximum efficiency of the operation while maintaining compliance with established safety, quality, material usage, sanitation, budget, and scheduling guidelines.
  • Possess interpersonal skills to function effectively within the assigned team.
  • Demonstrate impeccable attendance while working in an environment of varying temperature extremes.
Requirements
  • High School diploma; post high school education or technical training is a plus.
  • Experience in a team-based, manufacturing environment, with experience operating forklifts and operator-based maintenance experience preferred.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to talk to the team about all matters pertaining to the overall operation and function of the equipment.
  • Computer skills, maintenance-based operation, mechanical drive experience, basic repair welding skills, mechanical alignment techniques, basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulic systems, basic understanding of shop equipment, rigging, vacuum and liquid pump knowledge, motor/gearbox installation and alignment, among other mechanical aptitude.
