">We are seeking a Principal Civil/Coastal Engineer to join our team. ">Key Responsibilities
">- Lead the technical design and construction of waterfront development projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with geotechnical, coastal, and dredging engineers, planners, and biologists to deliver exceptional results.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the company.
- Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions that meet or exceed client needs.
- Ensure compliance with Anchor QEA's quality management program and industry standards.
- Travel frequently for project meetings and site visits, working closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Coastal, or Structural Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in waterfront, site civil, coastal, and/or structural engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington or California or ability to receive reciprocity within 6 months is also required. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $125,000 - $200,000, with opportunities for bonus compensation and comprehensive benefits.
