Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Medication Assisted Opioid Treatment Team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in assessing individual needs, developing and implementing service delivery plans, and coordinating services with other agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess individual service needs and develop personalized service plans
  • Coordinate services with multiple agencies and providers
  • Evaluate the quality of services provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide counseling and support to individuals and families
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health disorders, especially substance use disorders
  • Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor by the Virginia Board of Counselors or eligibility for supervision
