About the role:
Dragos is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our Product team, focusing on building industry-leading ICS cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to shape and execute an impactful product roadmap. Your contributions will directly influence the development of core product features through customer insights, use case validation, and strategic prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and management of core features and capabilities within the Dragos Platform, focusing on application functionality and key cybersecurity use cases such as asset inventory, threat detection, vulnerability management, and response.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, clearly communicating solutions, costs, and business case justifications.
  • Make decisions regarding trade-offs in features, timelines, resources, and quality, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate product requirements with a clear business rationale to Engineering teams.
  • Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritizing future development efforts.
  • Partner with Marketing to highlight Dragos' asset and vulnerability management capabilities as key differentiators in the cybersecurity space.
  • Independently track and measure product KPIs to inform process improvements and future product enhancements.
  • Actively participate in go-to-market strategies and product launch activities.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience building or maintaining enterprise security products (required).
  • Experience defining requirements for on-premise network hardware such as IDS/IPS or other network/security appliances.
  • Proven success in delivering products, including developing go-to-market strategies, managing outcome-driven roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams including engineers and designers.
  • Ability to articulate and validate product hypotheses effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to cross-functional teams, executives, customers, and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $200,000
