Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to housekeeping team members to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Inspect and Maintain Cleanliness Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Issue supplies and goods to staff, monitor inventory levels, and control expenses.
  • Respond to Guest Requests and Concerns: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Implement Emergency Procedures: Develop and implement emergency training and procedures to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and company assets.
Requirements
  • Housekeeping Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, or move materials weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
