Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they are providing the highest level of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Active and in good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
  • Prior experience as a LPN in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
