  • Case Management: Oversee a pre-litigation caseload involving personal injury matters, including automobile accidents and wrongful death claims.
  • Medical Records: Demonstrate proficiency in obtaining and managing medical records and billing information.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong oral and written communication abilities, preparing correspondence on behalf of attorneys, including demand letters.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage time-sensitive documents efficiently while maintaining excellent organizational practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Function effectively within a busy team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Client Management: Maintain an organized client database and ensure accurate client file management.
  • Deadline Management: Calculate and track case-related deadlines to ensure timely actions.
  • Claims Resolution: Assist in resolving property damage claims and medical payments for clients.
  • Effective Communication: Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties professionally.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook; knowledge of Trial software is a plus.
  • Litigation Support: Experience in drafting Complaints, Discovery documents, and various pleadings is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury is required.
