Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of pre-litigation settlement demands to develop effective strategies and timelines for settlement of personal injury and wrongful death claims.
  • Identify and facilitate settlement of all eligible claimants, ensuring compliance with conditional demands.
  • Review and analyze insurance policy documentation to confirm the inclusion of all necessary parties in settlement.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel regarding case status.
  • Draft and prepare legal correspondence and settlement documents.
  • Ensure timely payment issuance to claimants.
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategy and resolution of settlement issues.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle a large caseload.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Required Education
  • ABA Paralegal Certificate.
