Job Title: Process Management Team Lead

The Role of the Process Management Team Lead is to oversee a team of procedure writers, responsible for developing and executing processes that ensure accuracy and organization. The position requires providing timely information, coaching, and quality standards guidance to the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 6-12 high-performing procedure writers.
  • Lead process enhancements planning in both short-term and long-range perspectives.
  • Set clear expectations, coach procedure writers, and address performance issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with procedure writers and process owners to meet publication deadlines.
  • Promote efficiency opportunities, drive procedure enhancements, and lead other team-related projects.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about the status of the procedure pipeline.
