As a Wound/IP Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing patient care, supervising nursing personnel, and working alongside the Director of Nursing to guarantee exceptional quality of care. This role is structured as a Full-Time Days position with rotating weekend duties.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse or LPN in Wisconsin
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care settings
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within nursing
- Strong communication abilities
- Proven leadership skills
