Advanced Practice Professional

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Professional to join our Orthopedic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and individualized care for orthopedic patients and their families in the inpatient phase of hospitalization and immediate post-discharge and in the ambulatory setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive and individualized care for orthopedic patients and their families
- Complete daily rounds, consults, and pre-procedure evaluations
- Perform and communicate results of diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement comprehensive individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with orthopedic faculty and other healthcare professionals to achieve patient outcomes
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- National Certification by one of the recognized APRN Certification Centers
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a professional Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in West Virginia
- Experience in acute care, surgical, or orthopedic settings
- Acute care, surgical, or orthopedic experience
- Master's level degree as Physician Assistant
