Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Stocking Team Lead to join our team at Burlington. As a key member of our store's leadership team, you will play a vital role in leading our Receiving Associates and supporting our Retail Stocking Team Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model and enforce company standards for receiving and stocking teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, receiving area, and sales floor
  • Ensure Associate compliance with company policies and standards
  • Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
  • Coach and recognize associates in the moment
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40lbs or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods
