  • Support the Senior GL Accountant in executing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions.
  • Engage in the month-end closing procedures to ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries along with necessary supporting documentation.
  • Oversee cash management activities and accurately account for all financial transactions.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of prepaid expenses and accrual accounting principles.
  • Assist with fixed asset management and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Collaborate on special initiatives and provide support during external audit processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
  • Strong grasp of US GAAP and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas and pivot tables.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously.

Compensation Overview:

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000.
