Job Overview

Rochester Home Management is a reputable and growing renovation and maintenance service provider dedicated to enhancing homes in the Rochester area. We are currently seeking a skilled Renovation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The role encompasses a variety of construction tasks, including renovation initiatives and general maintenance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, flooring installations, and painting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of construction and renovation tasks across multiple job sites.
  • Engage in both interior and exterior projects.
  • Utilize effective problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to safely climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Lift items weighing up to 80 lbs when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and possess a reliable work vehicle.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $35.00 per hour

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process, along with benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, personal days, and a 401-K plan.

Expected Work Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shifts with flexible start times.
  • Monday to Friday, with optional additional hours and weekend work available upon request.
