We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist PH to join our team. As a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for dispensing compounds, procuring, storing, and distributing pharmacy products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, dispense compounds, procure, store, and distribute pharmacy products.
- Assist medical personnel and patients with drug information and identification.
- Provide direction to pharmacy Interns and non-licensed personnel.
- Evaluate and resolve potential drug therapy problems.
- Interview patients to obtain information regarding drug use, drug allergies, and sensitivities.
- Confer with medical personnel concerning care and treatment of patients.
- Maintain records of drugs and controlled substances.
- Accept responsibility for resolving operational problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with completed pharmacy internship.
- Pharmacist License (Colorado).
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
