  • Essential competencies include: webMethods 10.x, Active Transfer (MFT), API Gateway, WM Test Suite.
  • Extensive development experience in webMethods designer, Web Services (REST, SOAP), pub-sub model, JMS, SAP, webMethods Test Suite, and MQ Adaptors.
  • Proficient in utilizing Jira and Confluence for project management.
  • Adherence to comprehensive coding and design standards in webMethods is required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, Service-Oriented Architecture, design and development principles, and design patterns, with the ability to guide others in component creation and reuse.
  • Solid grasp of e-commerce and web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), and middleware technologies.
  • Responsible for mentoring and coaching junior team members to enhance their skills and accelerate their growth.
  • Experience in independent client interactions with effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading a team of 5-10 members.
  • Additional experience with other middleware technologies (e.g., Talend) is a plus.
