Priory Hospitality Group is a distinguished owner and operator of independent hotels and event venues, known for its exceptional service and unique accommodations. Our properties include the Priory Hotel and Grand Hall and Mansions on Fifth, both located in the vibrant city of Pittsburgh.
POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Front Desk Associate is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the initial point of contact, this position is responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable and positive experience. The Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in driving hotel revenue through effective room sales and must possess strong sales skills to assist potential guests with reservations at The Mansions on Fifth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the hotel.
- Manage incoming phone calls and assist with reservations.
- Document messages and relay information to relevant departments.
- Assist guests with their luggage, open doors, and guide them to hotel amenities.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service.
- Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Exhibit kindness and courtesy to all guests.
- Conduct inventory of front desk supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
NIGHT AUDIT DUTIES
During night shifts, the associate will perform essential end-of-day accounting procedures, ensuring the security of the premises and preparing breakfast items while maintaining cleanliness in public areas.
