Position Overview

The Lead Licensed Clinician plays a pivotal role in managing clinical initiatives and guiding clinicians within a dynamic non-profit behavioral health facility. This position entails maintaining a personal caseload while providing oversight, mentorship, and consultation to clinical staff and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical programs and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate professional development and training for clinic staff.
  • Coordinate with the Clinical Director to implement treatment modalities and measurement-based care.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the clinical team to discuss caseloads and address ongoing issues.
  • Act as a liaison between partner organizations to ensure compliance with treatment protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must possess Hawaii State licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC with CCMHC, Psy D, or Ph D.
  • At least three years of experience in a clinical environment.
  • Minimum of three years in a supervisory role.

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated clinical skills in conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience working with military populations and addressing PTSD.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts, with potential travel required.

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with diverse populations, including adults, children, couples, and families.
  • Knowledge of DSMV diagnoses and evidence-based practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity for flexibility and adaptability in various work situations.
  • Experience in training and developing staff members.
