As an Autism Support Specialist, you will deliver essential therapeutic services to individuals on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with all relevant contracts and ethical standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate engaging activities for clients as instructed.
  • Provide updates and reports regarding client progress as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with families and other stakeholders to address the needs of those served.
  • Be prepared for potential travel to various locations during work hours.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintain a state of alertness and safety at all times.

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • No prior experience necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent activities include reaching, sitting, standing, and walking.
