Radiology Technologist Ambulatory Services Specialist

As a Radiology Technologist Ambulatory Services Specialist with DispatchHealth Management, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in their homes or at facilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mobile diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, ultrasounds, EKGs, and other exams, in a variety of settings and locations.
• Travel locally to diagnose patients in their own homes or at facilities, using portable digital x-ray technology to expedite care.
• Operate and maintain portable radiologic equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Process images and review them for diagnostic quality prior to transmission.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
• Ensure that vehicles are well-stocked with necessary supplies and that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in the use of company computers, systems, programs, and digital x-ray technology.
• Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds and walk up and down stairs easily while carrying equipment.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
