Our esteemed Monmouth County law firm is in search of a dedicated Full-Time Paralegal to join our team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a personal injury legal environment.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, tech-savvy, adaptable to new systems, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
  • General understanding of law office operations, practices, and procedures, including electronic filing.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in extensive client communication, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth within a reputable law firm.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, filing, and service of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and writing tasks, which may involve creating medical chronologies and summarizing depositions.
  • Offer direct support to attorneys during pre-trial and trial phases for various litigated matters.

Compensation Structure: Base salary supplemented by performance-based incentives.

Salary: Starting at $55,000.00 annually
