We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Paralegal to join our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a personal injury legal environment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with legal professionals, clients, and court personnel.
• General understanding of legal office operations, including electronic filing processes.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in extensive client communication, offering opportunities for professional growth within a reputable law firm.
• Assist in the preparation, review, filing, and service of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and drafting tasks, which may involve creating medical chronologies and summarizing depositions.
• Provide direct support to attorneys during pre-trial and trial phases for various litigated matters.

Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Salary: Starting from $55,000.00 annually.
