Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our 90-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Prattville, AL property. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial performance, develop budgets, and implement cost controls to ensure profitability.
  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of hotel staff, including training and coaching.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers to promote the hotel and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of hotel leadership experience in a select service-level property.
  • Brand Expertise: Proven experience in a Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brand.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills, including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of M3, ADP, and One Yield.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English language proficiency.
