Salesforce Marketing Professional for Law Firm Recruitment

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Professional to join our team at Bonnie Jones Associates, LLC. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract top talent to our law firm.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with Salesforce and Pardot. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including healthcare, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, as required;
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • At least one year of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot, with a strong understanding of their features and functions;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
