About the Position:

This Salesforce Marketing Associate position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various projects and initiatives.

You will be working closely with the Marketing & Business Development Director and Managers to implement marketing strategies, develop RFP responses, and create engaging content for our clients and prospects.

We are looking for a creative and organized individual who is passionate about marketing and has a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. If you are a quick learner, have excellent communication skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office products, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the marketing team with developing and executing marketing plans and programs.
  • Support the development of RFP responses, pitches, and presentations.
  • Create engaging content for our clients and prospects.
  • Manage the firm's CRM database (Salesforce) and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, teleconferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
  • Update and maintain marketing materials, including practice profiles, attorney profiles, and PowerPoint presentations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits, including healthcare, life, and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, and monthly transportation allowance.
