Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Faye Innovations. This role will focus on developing and implementing outreach initiatives that connect our brand with local communities.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for organizing and participating in community outreach initiatives, assisting in the marketing, planning, and execution of projects designed to elevate brand awareness and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Outreach: Organize and participate in community outreach initiatives to inform local residents about new services, upcoming promotions, and solutions to address their technological needs.
  • Marketing and Communication: Utilize your marketing and customer service skills to meet outreach and productivity targets, ensuring our brand message is consistently conveyed.
  • Territory Management: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Director to analyze local markets, conduct research, create community profiles, and delegate territories to fellow associates.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Bring your creativity to the table by proposing innovative ideas to enhance our outreach efforts and elevate brand visibility.
  • Community Partnerships: Engage with local charities and establish partnerships to host community events, enabling our firm to give back while also highlighting causes that resonate with our team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community engagement, public relations, sales, mentorship, or related fields.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
