About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to assist our Public Affairs & Member Services department with various administrative tasks. This includes mail processing, scheduling and calendar maintenance, call routing, supply orders, and more.

You will also play an integral role in preparing for association-sponsored events, including workshops, training schools, and meetings. Additionally, you will assist with department publications, such as advertising, production, proofreading, and distribution.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for performing other duties and department requests according to the needs of the department and the organization as a whole.
