Job Overview

The Crossings at Carlsbad, a JC Golf property, is seeking a dependable and skilled Bartender with exceptional customer service abilities. This position involves the preparation and serving of artisanal cocktails and beverages to guests at the restaurant and bar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively address and fulfill all guest requests and needs in a timely and professional manner, adhering to JC Resorts' service standards.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and express gratitude as they leave.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the beverage menu, including drink recipes and pricing.
  • Skillfully prepare and serve cocktails and beverages as requested by guests, cocktail servers, and waitstaff.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of beverages and bar supplies, following established inventory guidelines.
  • Consistently maintain a sufficient supply of clean glassware for bar service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to safety, with high standards for service and production quality.
  • Expertise in beverage mixing, inventory management, and glassware types, along with a comprehensive knowledge of drink recipes.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar bartending role.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to the nature of the role involving alcohol service.
