We are seeking ambitious rising college seniors to join our 2025 Early Careers Launch Program on our Health & Benefits Solutions team at Aon.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Qualifications

Seniors graduating between Spring 2024 - Spring 2025 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

The salary range for this position is $59,500 - $76,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
