We are seeking an experienced Industrial Services Supervisor to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing two or more Leak Detection and Repair crews.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring proper operation of equipment and driving operational efficiencies at the work site.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, and maintain/improve good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a representative of Clean Harbors in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers, and communicate effectively with the InSite Program Manager to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Training and Development: Responsible for the training and mentoring of InSite foreman and InSite technicians, and provide information to the InSite program manager for reviews of individuals for whom the position directly supervises.
- Experience: 6+ years of Leak Detection and Repair experience, and 3+ years of Industrial Supervisory experience.
- Skills: Guideware Database Experience, ability to wear protective clothing or equipment, and ability to work under extreme climate conditions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and Associates Degree or Specialized Training preferred.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, TWIC, and knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes, manifesting, and Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR).
