About the Role

Giving Hearts Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities due to illness, injury, or aging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide assistance with mobility and transferring, including the use of mobility aids and equipment.
  • Administer medications under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations governing home care services.
