We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Bilingual Program Manager for our internal case management program, Conexiones.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Case Managers, develop and implement case management plans, and coordinate internal data tracking and case management impact assessment. You will also be responsible for supervising Case Managers, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and facilitating care coordination between El Futuro and allied community organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, or a related field and experience in case management, care coordination, or similar work. Fluency in Spanish is required, and the ability to read and communicate with clients in written Spanish is essential.

The salary for this position starts at $60,000.00 per year, and El Futuro offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403B matching, and paid time off.
