We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital. As a Medical-Surgical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification
- 1 year of nursing experience
