About the Role

As a Nursing Assistant at St. Joseph Hospital-Orange, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to provide routine direct patient care within specific unit policies and procedures, reporting pertinent information to the Registered Nurse and responding to patient care needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine direct patient care within specific unit policies and procedures
  • Report pertinent information to the Registered Nurse
  • Respond to patient care needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 6 months Acute care, psych or completion of 1st semester of Registered Nurse Academic Program or Nurse Assistant equivalent education
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 9 months of experience
