As a Registered Nurse on our 5W MedSurg unit at St. Joseph Hospital, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
