Soccer Shots Rochester is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, engaging, and fun soccer sessions to children aged 2-7 years old.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 45-minute soccer sessions using our provided curriculum.
  • Instruct sessions a week, with the possibility of instructing more than 10 sessions a week for the right candidate.
  • Submit availability three weeks prior to the start of a season.
  • Commit to a 10-week season once the schedule is set.
  • Travel to assigned locations weekly, with site-to-site travel possible.
  • Provide a safe and caring environment for every child.
  • Maintain organized and clean soccer equipment.
  • Submit weekly attendance and invoices online.
  • Nominate standout players per season.
  • Attend coaches' training days and mid-season meetings.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for working with young children.
  • Availability Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Soccer experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Subject to background checks and clearance.
Compensation
  • Pay per session coached, with rates starting at $18-$25 per session.
