Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned AI engineer with leadership experience to lead our AI engineering efforts. As the Lead AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in developing and deploying innovative AI solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing intelligent algorithms to building scalable AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that meet customer requirements.
  8. Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to enhance AI solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and expertise in AI frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with hands-on experience in model development and evaluation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for tackling complex AI challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
