Job Title: AI System Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI System Architect to lead the exploration of system SOC architecture and define the product specifications for all MediaTek product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of popular AI models, key AI use-cases, and AI technology, including TPU/NPU computing architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the system SOC architecture exploration to improve AI applications across different verticals, including AI training and inference.
  • Envision the future methodology of exploring SoC system architecture using generative AI technology and lead this pathfinding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in AI-related technology development with 5+ years of experience in subsystem, SoC, or system architecture planning.
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and executive presence.
  • Ability to present the technology roadmap, foresee future challenges, and support internal technology teams in transitioning from current architecture to next-generation architecture.
