We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist to join our team in Boston, MA. As a Senior Scientist, you will play a key role in the discovery and development of novel biologics, including antibodies and other protein-based therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute research plans to discover and optimize novel biologics, including antibodies and other protein-based therapeutics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including protein engineering, immunology, and clinical development, to advance biologics from discovery to development.
• Design and execute experiments to characterize the properties of biologics, including binding affinity, specificity, and stability.
• Analyze and interpret data from experiments, including molecular cloning, protein expression, and biophysical characterization.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of biologics discovery and development.
Requirements:
• PhD degree in a scientific discipline, such as biochemistry, molecular biology, or immunology, with 2+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 8+ years of relevant experience, or BS with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent experience in biologics discovery and development, including antibody discovery and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of protein chemistry, molecular biology, and immunology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
