Program Director for TRIO Upward Bound

About the Position:
">The Parris Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director for its TRIO Upward Bound program. The successful candidate will provide academic, career, and postsecondary education advising and support to program participants while working closely with the Program Director.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement program strategies to improve student outcomes.">
- Provide individualized academic, career, and postsecondary education advising to program participants.">
- Support program participants in achieving their academic and career goals.">
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program events, workshops, and activities.">
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the Program Director and the Foundation.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, counseling, social work) or equivalent experience.">
- At least 2 years of experience in program management, academic advising, or a related field.">
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.">
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with program participants, staff, and stakeholders.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.">
- Familiarity with TRIO programs and their mission preferred.">
Benefits:
">The Parris Foundation offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
