We are currently looking for Assembly Team Members to join our 3rd shift (10pm-6am) operations.
Summary:
Our Production Assembly Team Members play a crucial role in our organization. Team Members are responsible for assembling and/or sequencing components efficiently to meet quality and delivery standards. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations is essential.
General Job Duties:
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
- Cross-training and job rotation are integral to our operations and are expected of all team members.
- Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours daily.
- Capable of lifting up to 15lbs frequently, and up to 50lbs with assistance.
- Willingness to work additional hours or shifts based on production needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Availability to work 6 days a week is necessary.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
