We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Avancez Assembly. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing assembly processes that meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed manufacturing plans for new programs
  • Preparing sourcing activities for major outside tooling and equipment purchases
  • Gathering product information and production rates from customer contacts
  • Preparing equipment operators for launch team training
  • Maintaining process integrity by developing and updating policies and procedures

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in assembly and/or manufacturing
  • 2+ years of experience with APQP system
  • Supervisory experience in manufacturing field preferred
