Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Performance & Best Business Practices
    1. Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
    2. Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.
    3. Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs.
  • Special Projects
    1. Assist with special projects as assigned.
Internal Control Responsibilities
  • Support the company's Internal Control process.
  • Communicate upward problems in operations or policy violations.
Interpersonal Contacts

Direct contact with the Maintenance Manager and operations production employees.

Job Conditions

This position requires working in all weather conditions and exposure to physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED Certification.
  • 5 years of experience assisting skilled trades persons in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
