At Saint Francis Community Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Centered Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a Family Centered Treatment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by providing intensive prevention services in their home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home family treatment, adhering to the FCT model and ensuring fidelity to the program.
  • Enroll in Wheels of Change and complete FCT certification within 1 year of start date.
  • Attend and participate in weekly team supervision meetings, where cases are reviewed and feedback is provided.
  • Complete and maintain all program fidelity documents, reports, and assessments in a timely manner.
  • Provide intervention to families in crisis situations and serve as a liaison with DCF, courts, schools, other providers, and community.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social or family services, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI, Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance Check, an Adult Registry check, and a FBI Fingerprint check.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish and ability to work with all cultures, using a culturally competent model.
