Role Overview:

  • Overseeing the validation processes for HCM Modules including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Payroll.
  • Conducting testing for Workday integrations and validating Payroll functionalities.
  • Performing Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
  • Providing support for business development activities such as estimations, RFPS, presentations, and capability enhancement.
  • Analyzing Functional Specifications to develop Test Scenarios and Scripts.
  • Executing Test Scripts and evaluating outcomes.
  • Utilizing Test Management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium/Kianos Smart/UFT).
  • Communicating daily status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks in the project timeline.
  • Coordinating team efforts to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing HCM applications, with at least 5 years focused on Workday testing.
  • Proficient in testing HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience in validating Workday integrations and Payroll processes.
  • Extensive background in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business development support tasks (estimations, RFPS, presentations, capability building).
  • Ability to analyze Functional Specifications and create relevant Test Scenarios and Scripts.
  • Skilled in executing Test Scripts and analyzing the results.
  • Basic knowledge of Workday Automation using Selenium.
  • Experience with Test Management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium/Kianos Smart/UFT).
  • Excellent communication skills.
