About the Role

Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment to our young clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evidence-based assessments and reassessments to identify individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers and promoting ongoing progress.
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records to ensure accurate tracking of client progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide training and supervision to new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
  • Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues, clients, and families.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
