Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments of potential residents and implement service agreements upon move-in.
  • Monitor and maintain each resident's medical record, ensuring timely completion of assessments and documentation.
  • Ensure all physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
  • Maintain and monitor medication administration programs, supervising medication practices and medical equipment usage.
  • Provide health and medication training to new employees and document training to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Senior care experience.
