We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a supervisor for our specialty clinics in Park Rapids, Minnesota. This RN will oversee the daily operations of multiple assigned departments and sites, including staffing, workflow development, and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of daily operations, including staffing and workflow development
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop policies, procedures, and operating budgets
  • Provide direct nursing leadership, staff development, and patient advocacy
  • Perform RN duties as needed to assess patient health and respond to interventions
Requirements:
  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire
  • 2 years of nursing experience in a related specialty, ambulatory setting, or community health with demonstrated leadership ability
